debt settlement agreements
to settle $72,500 in outstanding debt with company executives.
The company will issue 1.45M common shares at $0.05 per share to settle the obligations.
CEO Akshat Soni will receive 1.15M shares for $57,500 in accrued salary.
President Rishi Mittal will receive 300,000 shares for $15,000 in accrued salary.
CanPR also granted 1.28M stock options to directors, officers, and consultants, exercisable at $0.05 per share until August 5, 2031.
