The Board of Directors of Headwater has declared a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of $0.12 per common share payable on October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (
Canada
).
