on Monday it had appointed Kim-Quyen Nguyen as President, CEO, and a director, effective July 27, succeeding Carl Ginn.
Nguyen has more than 15 years of mining operations and project management experience, most recently serving as CFO at Winsome Resources after holding several management roles at Osisko Mining.
The company also appointed Jean-Félix Lepage as chair of the board, effective July 27.
Lepage currently serves as chief executive officer of Sirios Resources and joined the company's board in September 2025.
Shares +11.11%.
