Yum China buys Pizza Hut China for $1.2B

Yum China, operator of KFC and Pizza Hut in mainland China, will pay $1.2 billion to fully acquire Pizza Hut's China business, deepening its separation from Yum! Brands and gaining full control of the brand in the market.
