Kingboard unit sells $1.5B stake for PCB capacity

Kingboard Holdings plans to raise HK$11.77 billion ($1.5 billion) by selling a stake in its listed subsidiary Kingboard Laminates Holdings, one of the world's largest PCB makers, to ramp up capacity amid the AI boom.
